  • Enum Constant Details

    • CONVERT

      public static final InexistentValueHandling CONVERT
      Inexistent values should be converted normally - which most likely means they will end up as a String. However, the String won't be just any object, but the specific, reserved instance ParameterUtil.INEXISTENT_VALUE (so even if converted, one could perform an instance comparison to specifically detect inexistent values - however, this is discouraged and should only be used if it is not possible to simply turn off conversion of inexistent values via KEEP_AS_IS).

      This is the default if not specified otherwise in a ConversionContext.

    • KEEP_AS_IS

      public static final InexistentValueHandling KEEP_AS_IS
      Inexistent values will not be converted.

      public static InexistentValueHandling[] values()
      Returns an array containing the constants of this enum class, in the order they are declared.
      Returns:

    • valueOf

      public static InexistentValueHandling valueOf(String name)
      Returns the enum constant of this class with the specified name. The string must match exactly an identifier used to declare an enum constant in this class. (Extraneous whitespace characters are not permitted.)
      Parameters:
      name - the name of the enum constant to be returned.
      Returns:
      the enum constant with the specified name
      Throws:
      IllegalArgumentException - if this enum class has no constant with the specified name
      NullPointerException - if the argument is null
